Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Warzone begin The Haunting on September 17 at 9 AM PT, or 7 PM in Israel. The important detail for returning squads is the rollout: Activision labels T.E.D.D. Trials for launch and Hordepoint for later in the season.
That distinction gets lost in a headline listing everything the season contains. A group planning its first evening around Hordepoint should not treat the season's start time as that mode's release time.
Zombies maps become competitive arenas
T.E.D.D. Trials brings 6v6 competition to Zombies locations. Quantum is a new Multiplayer map, while Bloodstead reworks Homestead. In Hordepoint, objective ownership determines which team the roaming zombies attack; holding the point changes the threats around it as well as the score.
Warzone gets a different survival problem
Haunted Hollow is Warzone's nighttime setting. Giant Infected pits 64 players against a spreading infection, starting with 8 infected players; survivors must construct a DNA Bomb. The practical split is clear: Multiplayer squads get objective contests, while the Warzone mode asks a shrinking survivor group to finish a shared condition to stop the outbreak. Check the roadmap's individual timing labels before organizing a session.
