NexusGG respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that content on the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, you may send us a notice using the process below. This process follows the framework of the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA); we handle copyright complaints from other jurisdictions in a similar way.
Reporting infringement
Send a written notice through our contact page that includes all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you say is infringing, including the URL or enough detail to let us locate it on the Service.
- Your name, and an email address or other contact details where we can reach you.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our response
We review valid notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the material in question. We may also notify the person who provided the material.
Counter-notice
If you believe material of yours was removed or disabled in error, you may send a counter-notice through our contact page. Please include identification of the material and its previous location, your contact details, your signature, and a statement — under penalty of perjury — that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Repeat infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual-property rights of others.
