Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival launches October 8, 2026, on PlayStation 5 in both digital and physical editions. Saber Interactive describes it as a first-person horror game built around the franchise's collision of pain, pleasure and supernatural obsession.

Players control Aidan Lynch after his girlfriend Sunny activates the Genesis Configuration. The puzzle box summons the Cenobites and pulls the pair into a conflict that may still leave Aidan a chance to save Sunny's soul.
The Scarlet Church, led by Marlowe, wants to contact the Cenobites and build its own vision of paradise. A second enemy group, the Unworthy, consists of rejected seekers drawn to the Genesis Configuration as a possible route back to Leviathan's favor.
Weapons and Genesis Configuration powers
Combat combines dual-wielded weapons with supernatural abilities from the Genesis Configuration. On PS5, standard attacks use R2 and configuration powers use L1. Players can also switch off the flashlight or perform a quick 180-degree turn when escape is safer than fighting.
When does Hellraiser: Revival come out?
The announced PS5 release date is October 8, positioning the game at the start of the Halloween season. Saber says the project has been in development for more than four years.
