Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade joins Xbox Game Pass on October 29 for cloud, Xbox Series X|S and PC. Microsoft lists it for Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium and PC Game Pass, making the month's biggest addition available beyond the highest console tier.
The second October wave now contains nine games through November 3, not the eight shown in Microsoft's original lineup graphic. Xbox added Mouthwashing to the article after its October 20 ID@Xbox showcase, and the revised schedule puts four additions on October 29. None of the nine is listed for Game Pass Essential.
The updated wave has nine games across four plan combinations
- October 21 — Sandustry (Game Preview): PC; Premium, Ultimate and PC Game Pass. Its Premium access is the new part of this listing.
- October 22 — Dodo Duckie: cloud, Xbox Series X|S and PC; Premium, Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
- October 26 — Scramble Knights Online (Game Preview): cloud, Xbox Series X|S and PC; Ultimate and PC Game Pass. Xbox labels it a day-one release.
- October 27 — The Séance of Blake Manor: cloud, Xbox Series X|S and PC; Premium, Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
- October 29 — Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade: cloud, Xbox Series X|S and PC; Premium, Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
- October 29 — Mouthwashing: cloud, Xbox Series X|S, handheld and PC; Premium, Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
- October 29 — Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted: cloud, console and PC; Ultimate and PC Game Pass through EA Play.
- October 29 — Terrible Lizards: cloud, Xbox Series X|S and PC; Ultimate and PC Game Pass. Xbox labels it a day-one release.
- November 3 — Pit of Goblin: cloud, Xbox Series X|S and PC; Premium, Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
Sandustry and Dodo Duckie are already dated before this article's October 23 preparation; the remaining seven entries are still ahead. Microsoft gives calendar dates but no regional unlock times in the Game Pass announcement, so the list should not be read as an Israel launch-hour schedule.
Premium gets both October 29 horror games, but misses two other releases
The plan split matters most on October 29. Premium includes Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade and Mouthwashing, as well as The Séance of Blake Manor two days earlier. It does not include Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted or Terrible Lizards in Microsoft's chart; those two require Ultimate or PC Game Pass.
Mouthwashing is also the reason older summaries of the wave may show only eight additions. Xbox's separate Critical Reflex announcement confirms an October 29 launch on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, Xbox One and Game Pass, while the edited Game Pass list adds cloud and handheld designations and names its eligible plans.
This is a different tier balance from October's first Game Pass wave, which leaned heavily on Ultimate and PC Game Pass for its day-one releases. The new group gives Premium six of the nine additions, including its two most recognizable late-October names, but still keeps both day-one releases outside Premium.
Nine games leave on October 31, and two Football Manager editions follow
The nearer deadline is October 31, when Day of the Tentacle Remastered, Dead Static Drive, Deep Rock Galactic, Full Throttle Remastered, Grim Fandango Remastered, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, Wartales and Wildgate leave cloud, console and PC. Microsoft advertises a member discount for games leaving the library, but does not promise one fixed discount for every title.
Football Manager 26 on PC and Football Manager 26 – Console Edition on cloud, console and PC then leave on November 10. For subscribers planning the next two weeks, the practical order is clear: finish a departing game before Halloween, check the exact tier beside each October 29 addition, and do not assume Essential includes any of the new games simply because separate in-game benefits support that plan.
